What is Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate marketing involves promoting and endorsing a product/service offered by the company through your online channels, such as social media, websites, blogs, videos, as well as offline ones, like word of mouth, conferences, flyer distribution and many others. The affiliate who commits to promoting the product/service on behalf of the company will receive, in return, a commission for each new customer they are able to generate. Such commissions will be
set out in an initial agreement.

What are Flazio’s fees?
Flazio provides a commission of 80€ for each annual activation
counted as a successful sale.
In addition to these commissions, the affiliate will receive a fee of 10€ for each annual renewal made by the user registered with their link.
In the case of monthly subscriptions, the 80€ commission is not provided, but the 10€ fee will be paid at renewal, after completion
of the subscription year.
If the user coming from an affiliate link activates an annual subscription with Flazio exclusive promotions, without using the affiliate
code, the affiliate will be paid a commission of 30€.

How can I become a Flazio affiliate?
Becoming an affiliate is very easy. Just register your details via this form and, once your profile has been reviewed and approved, you will be provided with the login credentials for your affiliate panel.

How can I promote your service?
Both in the email you’ll receive once your profile is active, and inside your dashboard, you’ll have a personal affiliate code and links you can use anywhere. Users who click the link you placed or use your code, if they complete the PRO registration, will be counted to determine your payout.

What kind of service does Flazio offer?
Flazio is a sitebuilder, i.e. a platform that lets you build DIY websites through a visual, easy-to-use editor. No technical or coding skills are needed, because it works with drag&drop technology.

How can I contact Flazio Affiliates?
As an affiliate partner, you can send an email to the dedicated address partners@flazio.com, or call 02 21116879 and select option 3.

Where can I find the commissions I’ve earned?
By accessing your Flazio Affiliates dashboard, you can view stats and the progress of your activity, as well as see the compensation earned up to the previous quarter.
Please note that the value of commissions may be subject to change, as Flazio will carry out checks to verify the reliability of activations, according to the criteria set out in the terms and conditions.

When will I receive my payment?
Flazio will issue payment within 60 days of receiving the invoice or occasional service receipt that the affiliate will forward to fatturazione@flazio.com.
Payment will refer to the past quarter.

When is an activation considered successful?
The commission is recorded when the user has subscribed to the annual PRO plan, using the affiliate’s coupon code or link.
The user must not have requested account cancellation within the first 60 days of the subscription, nor requested a refund.

Is there a minimum number of activations required to maintain the affiliation?
Yes, Flazio recommends a minimum of 10 activations per year to maintain the affiliation.
10.
How many activations do I need to bring in to request payment?
To request payment of fees, you must have accrued at least 500.00€ in the past quarter. If the minimum amount is not reached, the accrued value will be carried over to the current quarter.
The activation count will be carried out for each quarter with
a 60-day delay:
JAN - MAR : count in May / APR - JUN : count in August
JUL - SEP : count in November / OCT - DEC : count in February

When does the cookie expire?
The cookie expires after 30 days.

Can I use Flazio banners and graphics?
Inside your affiliate panel, you’ll find a section dedicated to downloading graphic materials to use on your website or social channels.
