You can set up your custom email on any mail client with a few quick, simple clicks. First, create your custom email by accessing the Mail Management Panel in the Site Management area of your editor.
From the panel, you can create new emails, delete them, and change the passwords of existing emails.
Set up your mailboxes
You can access your email using Webmail mail.flazio.com by clicking Read mail, or you can set it up on mail clients such as Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, and Apple Mail.
Here are the general settings for configuring your mailbox.
INCOMING MAIL
IMAP configuration:
Username: your email
Password: the selected password
Port: 993
Server: mail.flazio.com
SSL protocol: Enabled
POP3 configuration:
Username: your email
Password: the selected password
Port: 995
Server: mail.flazio.com
SSL protocol: Enabled
Do you know the difference between IMAP and POP3? By choosing the POP3 protocol, emails will be downloaded from the server and saved locally on your PC. This way, email messages will not be available in webmail. By choosing the IMAP protocol instead, messages will remain stored on the server but will still be viewable on the configured client. The IMAP protocol is the best solution for those who use both mail clients and webmail.
OUTGOING MAIL
SMTP configuration:
Username: your email
Password: the selected password
Port: 465
Server: mail.flazio.com
SSL protocol: Enabled
