To insert a Contact Form within your website:
1. Click on the left on the Elements bar
2. Click on Contacts
3. Click on Classic Form
4. Drag the component onto the workspace
N.b: you can specify only one email inbox where to receive the request. Make sure you don’t leave spaces either before or after entering the email.
The contact form contains only a few fields, such as Name, Email and Message, but you can customize it graphically. If instead you prefer to edit or add fields to fill in, select the Customizable form component.
To customize the contact form:
1. Click on the Form component
2. Click on Edit Form
3. Click on Email address to enter the email inbox where you want to receive requests
4. Click on Colors to change the color of the buttons or the label
5. Click on the eye icon to enable the checkbox related to personal data processing
6.Click on Text styles to change the font and the text style of the form
7. Click on Advanced to:
- Enable and write an auto-reply
- Enable and write a feedback message
- Enable and add a tracking code to monitor Google Ads or Facebook conversions
Good to know: if you want to translate the text of the fields or the privacy notice into a different language, you’ll need to change your editor view to the language you want to translate into. Then switch to that language, click on the labels or on the privacy notice text and start typing.
