If you purchased the PRO account with the DNS Service, you need to set the records from the DNS Configuration panel of your current provider to allow your website to be activated.
The type of records to edit to connect your domain to the website you created with us are A Records and AAAA Records
In the A Record you must enter this record:
Leave blank (or enter @) in the Host name (Hostname) field and in IP Address set the value: 35.190.27.135
Now go to the CNAME record and enter these parameters:
Under Host name (Hostname) enter www and as value, enter your domain name, for example: mariorossi.com
Now go to the AAAA Record where you will need to enter only one record:
You must leave blank (or enter @) the Host name (Hostname) field and in IP Address enter the value: 2600:1901:0000:0609:0000:0000:0000:0000
If you want to use the five mailboxes, you need to add other Records: for more information, see our guide on DNS and MX setup for mailboxes.
If your domain is on Aruba, you can check this guide.
If you purchased the domain on Register, you can click here for the complete DNS configuration guide.
Good to know: DNS A, AAAA and CNAME records are unique and two or more records with the same characteristics that point to different IP Addresses cannot coexist. Always make sure there are no other similar DNS records besides those shown in the guide.
