If, when accessing your editor, you encountered a reconnection error, it’s possible that some setting on your network or browser is preventing the connection to your workspace.
The causes can be multiple, but in most cases they are due to browser extensions in use or an incorrect DNS record configuration.
Extensions such as AdBlock, AdGuard, uBlock, and similar
Some extensions that can be added to browsers, such as Chrome, may block ads or various popups, but they could also cause an access issue to your editor: to check, you can try browsing your website using an Incognito tab available from the control bar of the browser you are using.
To browse in incognito from Chrome and check the issue:
Click the Chrome browser management button, marked by the icon with three vertical dots, on the right side of the browser bar;
Click New incognito window;
Go to our website and log in to your account.
With incognito browsing, none of the extensions installed in your browser will be active.
If you managed to access your workspace, it’s very likely the issue is due to one of the extensions.
To remove or disable one of the extensions in Chrome:
Click the Chrome browser management button, marked by the icon with three vertical dots, on the right side of the browser bar;
- Hover your mouse over More tools and, from the drop-down menu, select Extensions;
- In the Extensions tab, click Remove to delete the extension, or the blue toggle on the right of each extension to disable it.
After disabling or removing an extension, restart Chrome and try logging in again.
